The 2009-S American Samoa Proof Quarter came well struck. It appears as if the average condition for this issue is in PR68-PR69 Deep Cameo. Perfect PR70 Deep Cameo coins are more difficult to obtain but there are hundreds if not thousands of graded examples, that prices are very affordable for just about most collectors.
