The 2009-S Virginia Islands Proof Quarter was the fifth design issued in the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories Quarter program. This series only had a total of six designs all issued in the year 2009. The 2009-S Virgin Islands proof quarter came well struck and examples up to PR70 Deep Cameo can easily be obtained.
