The Lucretia Garfield First Spouse gold coin is the fourth and last coin design issued in the 2011 Spouse Coin Program. It is also the 21st design issued since the beginning of the Spouse Coin Program.

Obverse: The obverse depicts Lucretia Garfield with her name and last name inscribed above her portrait. It also has the inscriptions, "In God We Trust", "20th 1881" and "Liberty 2011".

Reverse: The reverse design has a depiction of Lucretia Garfield sitting on a small stool while painting on a canvas. She has a brush on her right hand and is holding a paint palette on her left hand. Surrounding the coins reverse design are the inscriptions, "United States of America", "e Pluribus Unum", "$10 1/2 Oz. .9999 Fine Gold".
