The 2019-S Enhanced Reverse Proof Silver Eagle was officially released by the U.S. Mint on November 14, 2019. The coins had an issue price of $64.95 each, if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint. The coins had a limited mintage of 30,000, making them the lowest mintage Silver Eagle at the time of issue. The coins sold out within 15 minutes, after they officially went on sale.

The mintage of 30,000, gives it an even lower mintage than the $1 1995-W Proof Silver Eagle which has a mintage of 30,125.
