1954 25C MS67 Certification #25535213, PCGS #5855
Expert Comments
David Hall
Though a relatively high mintage, the 1954 is a middle of the pack issue in terms of rarity in Gem MS65 or better condition. A significant number of original rolls were saved, but overall quality of the issue is average "minus." Strike is not usually a problem, it's marks that are the issue for this date.
