A: Orders should arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.

Q: How do I stop recurring billing so I don’t get charged for another membership in one year?
A: Go to "Your Account," and scroll down to the "Auto-Ship Order" section. Click “Stop Future Billing” to stop recurring orders.

A: If you have an account with USPS, FedEx, or UPS, you can ship under any service you like.

Q: Do customers get a discount for bulk orders?
A: Collectors Club members get 10% off supplies. For bulk order requests contact Customer Service at 800-447-8848.

A: Once an order is shipped you can no longer add items to that order.

Q: What happens when I buy a recurring subscription with a gift card?
A: When you purchase a recurring subscription with a gift card, the price of the item will be charged once against the gift card at the time of purchase, and it will not recur. If you have more funds available on your gift card and would like to continue your subscription, you can purchase the same recurring item again at any time. If you purchase before the expiration of your first item, the extra time will begin at the end of the first period.

If you’d like to continue with a recurring subscription after using your gift card, please purchase the same item again using your credit card.
