Louis Eliasberg put this complete set together, although some of the Philadelphia issues were Proofs instead of circulation strikes. Today, as always, only one complete set is possible. Why? Because the 1873-CC No Arrows is unique! This set is filled with key dates and tremendous condition rarities. It is also filled with wonderful values, as many low population rarities in MS65 or better can be purchased for a few thousand dollars.
