The PCGS Set Registry Customer Service hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. The customer service email address is [email protected]. You will receive a response to your inquiry within 3 business days.

Members who receive an email requesting that they remove a coin from a set have 3 business days to update his or her set. For immediate service, email [email protected] with images of the front and back of your coin.

Data entry service
If you do not have access to a computer but would like to add your sets to the PCGS Set Registry, we offer the following data entry services:

  • If the set composition is 1-50 items: $15 with no updates or $25 with unlimited updates
  • If the set composition is 51-150 items: $20 with no updates or $30 with unlimited updates
  • If the set composition is 151-300 items: $25 with no updates or $35 with unlimited updates
  • If the set composition is 301+ items: $30 with no updates or $40 with unlimited updates
