collecting certified Lincoln Cents since 1988. He has been known to upgrade coins of the same grade if he likes one more than another. His list of finest knowns is much too long for one paragraph, but the highlights include a 1919 in 69RD, a 1918 in 68RD, a 1911 in 68RD, a 1915-S in 66RD, a
1914-D and a 1914-S in 66RD. Mr. Blay still continues to seek out and find outstanding quality

to date and exhibit his set in 2009 for the 200th
anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln.
