Connecticut Coppers Date Set (1785-1788)

Connecticut Copper Coins are among the most common of all U.S. Colonials, thus completing this four-coin date set is a breeze. However, common in quantity does not correlate to common in quality. Thus, finding examples in conditions above Extremely Fine is very difficult. In fact, finding all four dates, in the same condition, with matching color and surface quality, is a major challenge, difficult in its execution and exhilarating in its completion.
