Gem Proof gold coins are back! Beginning in 1984 commemorative gold coins were issued for the first time in nearly 60 years. The new issues were also made available in the Proof format with beautiful cameo devices (in many cases) and deep mirror surfaces. From the Olympics to the Constitution to the Civil War, this is a series that is growing in interest and significance.
