Barber Series Complete Set, Proof (1892-1915)

Three denominations, 24 years and one basic motif. Most collectors consider the Barber coinage a "simple design," but the finest pieces are things of beauty in the Proof format. Some issues are quite rare with cameo or deep cameo contrast while others seem to always come with that "black and white" look. There are no major "stoppers" in this series, but with more than 70 coins needed to complete it you’ll definitely have to check your want list and your checking account balance more than once.
