Mintages are irrelevant when gauging the rarity of a Franklin issue in MS 65 or MS 65 FL (or higher grade). Original BU rolls of Franklin half dollars rarely contain even a single MS 65 coin. Because this series is both challenging and affordable, it has become one of the most popular of all U. S. coins sets to assemble.

Notes: No bonus points are given for Full Bell Lines (FL) in this set.
