About This Set:
The "Eisenhower Dollars Basic Set, Circulation Strikes (1971–1978)" is a complete collection of every business-strike (non-proof) Eisenhower Dollar, encompassing all dates and mint mark combinations produced for general commerce across the Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco Mints. This set includes the final large-sized dollar coin series issued by the U.S. Mint. While most issues are the standard copper-nickel clad composition intended for everyday use, the set requires inclusion of the special 40% silver uncirculated issues produced in San Francisco for completeness across all available finishes/compositions.
