The 1865 Proof Seated Liberty Quarter has one of the lowest mintages in the series. Most examples fall in the PR63 - PR64 grade range. Examples in PR67 or higher are considered scarce. Coins displaying cameo surfaces are seldom encountered and with deep cameo surfaces they are rare in any condition.
