Owner's Comments
CAC OGH An exceptional piece with fairly even, moderate toning with great luster showing through. Housed in a old PCGS green holder!

In 1868, mint employees created only 3,500 Three-Cent Silvers for circulation, making this one of the rarest dates of the series. This date come prooflike and fully struck, so authentication is a must because Mint State examples are worth a lot more than Proofs. PCGS has certified only 28 Mint State examples, the finest of which are three at the MS66 level.
