CAC green, I also own an NGC MS61 that is nicer but not as original. This looks like a Fairmont coin.

The 1868 is similar in rarity to the 1866 and 1867, perhaps just a bit more rare. VF and EF are the typically available grades and AU examples are very rare. I have not seen an uncirculated specimen nor am I aware of one.
