CAC - Top coin in this date with a CAC. PCGS pop ONLY 2, only 2 finer - one is a MS66RD, and the other is a MS66+RD, but neither one merits a CAC! The other one that’s also graded MS65+RD was owned by Simpson - cert 40276852. He just got that upgraded to this MS65+RD grade in his major regrade at PCGS with a lot of his coins. It had been 65RD, without the +. His coin sold 2/25/21 at Heritage for $11,400.
