Another popular low mintage date that is not really as rare as its mintage would suggest. Most available specimens are high grade and, as the auction data indicates, fully 75% of those specimens offered at auction were AU, Unc. or proof. I have seen a sizable number of choice uncirculated pieces, many of them fully proof-like.PCGS #
