CAC approved. A scarce Gem Prooflike example with deeply reflective fields and frosted devices, giving the coin strong contrast despite its circulation-strike status. Gentle peripheral toning frames otherwise bright surfaces, with a sharp strike and excellent overall eye appeal. One of just two PCGS MS65PL examples, with only one finer.
