Remember Key dates (UNDERSTANDABLY) are ballistically rare to begin with. This coin, as conservatively graded (in my opinion) as she is - still only has 2 coins graded higher after more than 35 years of additional grading.. At the end of the Rattler encapsulation era she was 1 of 2 coins graded 63PL with NONE finer - My Holder Analytic research was able to uncover 2 coins no longer in their original rattler skins due to reconsideration/regrading by their owners at 63PL - making this coin now a LONE top pop coin still in a Rattler. - in fact after 35 more years of grading the current population of coins graded higher in PL is only 2 .
