The 1914 Buffalo nickel is fairly available in all grades. In gem condition, it is rarer than the 1913 Type 2, 1915 and 1916. Strike is usually sharp, as is the case with most Philadelphia mint Buffalos. Luster on mint state examples is satiny and can be excellent.
