1914-S 5C XF45 Certification #28146631, PCGS #3926
David HallThe 1914-S is quite a bit easier to locate in circulated grades than the 1914-D, but it is somewhat rarer in mint state grades. Gem MS65 or better specimens are rare. Strike is somewhat soft, as is the case with most S-mint Buffalos. The luster can vary from satiny to somewhat frosty.
