CAC. Difficult to find in circulated condition, the coin is tougher yet to locate in uncirculated grades and is extremely scarce in MS66 and MS67

The 1915-D is scarce in circulated condition and very scarce in uncirculated condition. In MS64 or better, it is actually rarer than the 1914-D and 1916-D. In Gem condition, the 1915-D is about as rare as other early D and S Mint Buffalos such as the 1914-D, 1914-S, 1915-S, 1916-D and 1917-D. Most 1915-Ds are well struck and luster can either be satiny or somewhat frosty.
