The 1917-D on Reverse is a semi-key date in the Walking Liberty half dollar series. It is scarce in circulated gardes and very scarce in mint state. Gems are rare. In Gem condition, the 1917-D Reverse is decidedly rarer than the 1917-D obverse, marginally rarer than the 1917-S Reverse, but not as rare as the 1917-S Obverse. Strike is usually decent on this issue and luster is often very nice.PCGS #
