1928-S 5C XF40 Certification #45189584, PCGS #3965
Expert Comments
David Hall
The 1928-S is fairly common in lower circulated grades and somewhat scarce in EF40 and above. It is rare in Gem MS65 condition and extremely rare in Superb Gem MS66. Strike is usually decent for a San Francisco Mint Buffalo. The luster is mostly of the "grey-brilliant" type.
