1931 10C MS63 Certification #54926504, PCGS #4982
Owner's Comments
Tougher date, and another example of how 63 can be a very collectible grade. Wonderful rich luster, albeit a bit toned over in general. Very vibrant gold to orange/red to bluish green toning along rims on both side sides add a very high level of eye appeal. Very respectable bands as well.

According to the June 1934 issue of The Numismatist (p. 416), collectors could still purchase Uncirculated 1931 Dimes for "the face value of the coins and an amount sufficient to cover the mail charrges by first-class mail."
