I bought this on eBay and was really drawn to the bullseye toning. I wanted a MS-67, but I bought the coin and not the holder on this one.

The 1951 is the easiest of the three 1951 Washington quarter issues to locate in Gem condition. For the 1941-1964 issues the 1951 is about in the middle of the pack in terms of rarity. Most specimens are well struck and nice luster examples can be found.
