Many 1960's circulation strike Lincoln Cents are scarce in MS66 and higher. For the 1962-P MS65 examples begin to be somewhat scarce but still available in the thousands if not tens of thousands. In MS66 this issue becomes very scarce. There are probably no more than 1,000 examples that exist in MS66 condition. Few coins have received the MS67 grade or higher and there are probably less than a dozen that exist in MS67 with none being finer.
