Many 1964 Proof Jefferson Nickels were stuck in really nice quality. Examples can easily be found in PR68 grades and lower without much effort. Even in PR69 condition they are abundant with thousands of examples available. Only in PR69 with Deep Cameo surfaces does it really become somewhat scarce but not rare, since there are also hundreds of examples available in this condition.
