The 1971-S Lincoln Cent is very common up to MS66 condition. In MS67 condition they are much scarcer and harder to find. With enough searching through bags, rolls or mint sets examples can be found in MS67. But it might be much easier to just buy an example as it will require lots of searching to try and find an example in this condition or higher.
