The 1973-S Proof Washington Quarter was struck well for the most part. However, examples displaying nice Deep Cameo surfaces can be challenging to locate. There are thousands of examples that have been graded PR69 Deep Cameo but it doesn't hurt to be picky. If you can pick a nice clean example with strong Deep Cameo surfaces it is considered a good bargain, especially if you can buy it at the going rate of a regular PR69 Deep Cameo example. In perfect PR70 condition this issue is very difficult to find.
