The 1974 Lincoln Cent was produced by the billions. Therefore, finding examples in circulation should be very easy. Rolls and bags are also easy to find at a small premium over face value.  Despite it's very large mintage, find examples in MS67 condition or higher is very difficult. Anything grading higher than MS67 is almost unheard of.
