Most 1974-S Proof Silver Eisenhower Dollars were struck in nice quality ranging from about PR66-PR69 condition. Examples in PR69 condition can be challenging to find but enough examples are out there that they can be purchased inexpensively. In PR70DC condition they are very difficult to find and any example in this condition is mostly for the very serious collector as obtaining one will be very expensive do to their scarcity.
