Most 1978-S Proof Washington Quarters comes well struck. Examples up to about PR69 Deep Cameo are very common. Only in perfect PR70 Deep Cameo condition do they become somewhat scarce. But still, examples in PR70 Deep Cameo can be purchased very inexpensively as there are hundreds if not thousands of coins remaining in this condition.
