The 1980-S Proof Jefferson Nickel is very common for the series. Examples up to PR69 deep cameo are very affordable and easy to obtain. In perfect PR70 deep cameo they are much scarce but enough examples exist to make them affordable for most serious proof Jefferson Nickel collectors.
