The $25 1987 Half Ounce Uncirculated Gold Eagle is the second year of issue for the series. It is one of the more common dates in the $25 Uncirculated Gold Eagle series. Most certified examples appear to be in MS69 condition. Perfect MS70 examples seem to be much scarcer.
