1990 $1 Silver Eagle First Strike MS69 Certification #44806569, PCGS #89836
Owner's Comments
On the 25th of September 2025 and using my ELIKLIV microscope and Vantage 10X loupe and describe it thusly. The Obverse shows a possible small piece of debris between the "T" & "Y" of "LIBERTY", a mark across the middle of both the "T" & "Y" of "LIBERTY". 2 flat rub shinny spots on the upper side of Liberty's helmet. I see no toning, spotting, or cloudiness. The Reverse has light marks on the rim edge above the "UNI" of "UNITED", a short parallel mark between the rim edge & the "TE" of "UNITED", light rub shinny areas on the top of the "TES OF A" of "STATES OF AMERICA". I see no toning, spotting, or cloudiness. This is a very nice coin with very few issues and those aren't very noticeable. This coin is held in a PCGS Generation 6.1 holder used from October 2020 until the present indicating this coin was held in its original green top mint tube that was held with the other 499 coins still sealed in their original green US Mint box from packaging at the US Mint in 1990.
