The 1996-D Commemoraitve Silver Dollar was produced to commemorate the Centennial Olympic Games.
Obverse: The obverse features an Olympian going over the high jump pole. Obverse has the inscriptions "Liberty, In God We Trust, USA, 1996."
Reverse: The reverse of the coin features the Atlanta Comittee logo for the Olympic Games. It also has the words, "United States of America, E Pluribus Unum, Atlanta 1996, Centennial Olympic Games" and "One Dollar."
