2003 $1 Silver Eagle First Strike MS70 Certification #45643451, PCGS #989964

Owner's Comments

On the 18th of November 2025 and using my ELIKLIV microscope and Vantage 10X loupe, I examined this coin and describe it thusly. The Obverse shows no scratches, marks, or dings. I see no toning, spotting, or cloudiness. The Reverse shows no scratches but shiny marks on the 1st "S" of "STATES", a shiny spot on the right side of the base of the 1st "T" of "STATES", a shiny rub spot on the right side of the ribbon just after "UNUM", several marks seen on the arrows. I see no toning, spotting, or cloudiness but there is a very light gold tone with small amounts of purple and blue color mixed in scattered about. This is a very nice coin with almost no issues. This coin is held in a PCGS Generation 6.1 holder used from October of 2020 until the present and likely isn't the first holder this coin has been housed in.
