Europe ~ Latvia ~ Republic of Latvia ~ one of 3 Baltic States, broke away from German Rule in 1918, Karlis Ulmanis established a Dictatorship in 1934 and the country was forced into be part of Soviet Union in 1941 after the end of WW II Latvia was forced to stay with Russia until if broke away in 1991 forming a Republic.
