The U.S. Mint struck over 4.2 billion Lincoln Cents at the Philadelphia Mint in the year 2006. Therefore, 2006-P Lincoln Cents are very easy to obtain, even in uncirculated condition. Only in MS68 condition or higher are they considered very scarce to rare.
