The 2010-D Jefferson Nickel is really common as the Mint struck well over 380 million of them. Examples can easily be found in circulation in grades of MS65 and under. Examples in MS66 condition or higher are a little more difficult to find but with enough searching MS66 examples can be found especially in bags or rolls. In MS67 condition they are much scarcer but at a premium they can be purchased already certified. In MS68, they are really scarce with very few examples discovered so far.
