In 2013 the Philadelphia Mint struck over a billion 2013 Roosevelt Dimes. Making examples very easy to obtain, even in uncirculated condition. Based on the PCGS Population Report, examples in MS67 with Full Bands are scarce. Anything grading higher is even more difficult to find. However, with such a high mintage, there must be some really nice examples still hiding out there.
