The 2013-P Jefferson Nickel was produced in mass quantities and examples in circulated condition are extremely common. In lower Uncircuated condition they are also easily obtainable from circulation at face value. Only in MS66 condition do they begin to be scarce. In MS67 condition, especially with Full Steps characteristics they are very scarce. Antyhing grading higher is considered a condition census and should definitely be set aside and graded.
