2019-W 1C Shield - Reverse Proof, RD PR69RD Certification #40362695, PCGS #720943

I examined this coin on the 4th of November 2023 and with my Vantage 10X loupe, describe it thusly. The Proof Obverse has no scratches, marks, or dings. There is a small area of slightly darker toning below "IN" and a tail that falls down to the "I" in" LIBERTY", another similar area can be seen below "TRUST". The Reverse shows no scratches, marks, or dings. I see no toning, spotting, or cloudiness. This coin comes with its Original Government Packaging of the envelope & card but the plastic bag is missing.
