2019-W 1C Shield, RD MS69RD Certification #39510493, PCGS #752260

I examined this coin on the 4th of November 2023 and by using my my Vantage 10X loupe describe it thusly. The Uncirculated Obverse shows no scratches, marks, or dings. I see no toning, spotting, or cloudiness but a small oval area of a darker tone in just under the "IN". The Uncirculated Reverse shows no scratches, marks, or dings. There is a fog of toning after "AMERICA" that continues intermittently clockwise with a small dark spot on the bottom tip of the shield and up the left side ending below "UNUM". This coin comes also with the Original Government Packaging of the envelope & card but the plastic bag is missing.
