Each coin roll set had 20 Kennedy Half Dollars struck at the Philadelphia Mint and 20 Kennedy Half Dollars struck at the Denver Mint. The 2 coin roll set had an issue price of $34.50 if purchased directly from the U.S Mint.
 
The Mint also offered the coins in 200 coin bags at an issue price of $147. if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint. One coin bag had 100 Kennedy Half Dollars struck at the Philadelphia Mint and the other bag contained another 100 coins stuck at the Denver Mint.
