With only a total of #28 91-O DMPL's so far graded with PCGS, it makes this one, one of the few. The strike for the 1891-O is usally fairly weak for the hair over the ear and the eagle's breast feathers. Deep Mirror Prooflikes and Prooflikes are very scarce as shown in the pop reports and generally do not have much contrast although some cameos exist as is evident on this one.
