Stay. CAC 3/1. Only have seen one White coin at 65+ and above. One was a 66. All others are toned and most are unattractive
Only 7 PCGS 1856 Snow 3’s in 64 are listed by PCGS and No one knows how many of the 7 are CAC’d. Only 7 exist in higher grades with the Snow 3 designation. All 1856’s are lumped together whether Snow 3’s (634 Minted in 1856) or Snow 9’s (Around 1500 Minted in 1858-1860) when looking at populations. THIS ONE IS CAC’d!!! Huge mistakes in 1856 Snow 3 Graded coins exist as most coins listed as MS (which neither PCGs or NGC will designate any longer) can not be proven to be MS since there is no doubling of the date which is the only way to prove it. Otherwise the 634 minted coins look the same whether mined on the Steam Press or the Screw Press since the same Die Set was used for both.

J-164 Br. 93 grains. Original Strike. Rotated Reverse Die. Double Struck with C in Cent and O in of. NGC 3/5. PCGS 7/5. Not sure real numbers since some of the above coins have been crossed into other grading company holder and not removed from previous numbers.
